Intergroup Dialogue workshop in Iraq
USIP has launched the first phase of its two-year project to foster cooperation among Iraq's ethnic and religious groups by training Iraqi facilitators to conduct results-oriented dialogues among government and civil society leaders.

Program Officer Ted Feifer conducted a Negotiation and Diplomatic Skills Workshop for the OSCE Mission to Moldova, in Chisinau, March 30-April 1, 2004. This was our first training program for OSCE in Moldova.
Conflict Resolution and Preventive Diplomacy
The USIP Professional Training Program offered a one day seminar in conflict management skills for participants in a State Department International Visitor Program whose purpose was to acquaint participants with American perspectives on preventive diplomacy and conflict resolution.

Advanced Negotiating Skills in Multilateral Diplomacy for the OSCE
Program Officers Ted Feifer and Mike Lekson led a workshop on advanced negotiating skills in multilateral diplomacy for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna, November 5-7, 2003. Six participants were from the OSCE Secretariat, and nine were from the Russian, Slovenian, Spanish, Czech, Greek, Portuguese, and Irish delegations to the OSCE.
