Security Sector Governance and Reform: USIP External Advisors
USIP's Security Sector Governance and Reform program aims to build peaceful security. To help in this endeavor, the Institute has convened a group of external advisors with deep experience and expertise in working on a broad set of SSG/R challenges. The advisors represent a diverse range of professional experience in the field gained in various U.S. government departments and agencies, multilateral institutions, non-governmental organizations, think tanks, academic institutions, and private sector organizations. The members of the advisory group serve in their personal capacity and do not represent any official or institutional views of the bodies they are affiliated with.
