The U.S. Institute of Peace operates on the ground in some of the world’s most dangerous places to provide training, guidance, resources and analysis for those working to prevent or reduce violent conflict. USIP is implementing more than 300 initiatives in 87 countries, including in 16 countries in which the Institute has an established presence.
