In the Global Peacebuilding Center's first webinar, we celebrated Women’s History Month by highlighting the peacebuilding work of women tackling terrorism around the world. Dr. Kathleen Kuehnast, Director of USIP’s Center for Gender & Peacebuilding, provided participants with an introduction to the important role women are playing globally in preventing violent extremism and the radicalization of youth in their communities.
