First Prize in National Peace Essay Contest Awarded to Nebraska High School Student
WASHINGTON, DC – Jessica Perrigan of Omaha, N.E. was awarded first prize in this year’s National Peace Essay Contest, sponsored by the U.S. Institute of Peace.
